It is so simple to link whichever accounts you wish to OneStop, as you can see in the provided screen:
Type in the first 9 digits of the appropriate account number; and your associated phone number which the city has on file.
If the phone number does not match city records, you will NOT be allowed access to the associated account. Note that if you have recently had your phone number changed, the city records might not reflect this new phone number and you will have to call a customer service representative of the city to resolve this issue.
