Pay on your Linked Accounts (Check-Out)

This Topic will show you how to pay on your linked accounts.  After you Login to OneStop you want to pay your bills!  This is the real power of OneStop, you can pay on ALL city-provided accounts at once: simply, safely, and securely anywhere online in the world.

Login to the system (click HERE to for help with OneStop Login)

You are automatically directed, to the 'My Accounts' tab.  Here you may:

1)  'Link Another Account' (click HERE for help Linking Accounts to OneStop), or

2)  'Pay Bills' which is what we will show you to do now.

Click on 'Pay Bills' as shown in the above image.  You will be automatically directed to the next screen as shown below.

Select any or all accounts you wish to pay now, then click the 'Pay Now' button, as shown.

Choosing your payment method:

When using OneStop you will see a disclaimer such as the one above.  You must read it to determine what modes of payment your city allows OneStop to process.  In the above example, you MUST use Master card OR Visa ONLY.

Fundamentally, the OneStop system capably supports all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), Diner’s Club.  However, you must use the payment methods your city allows.

Before you can pay, you  must define a payment method, such as a credit card.  To do this you must LINK AN ACCOUNT to one stop.  This shall be a VISA or MASTERCARD account you have access to.  Click on 'Save' to save your credit card information in OneStop.

You will have to add your credit card EXACTLY ONCE, thereafter when using OneStop, you will NOT have to repeat this step.

To use the credit card you have added click on 'Use This Card' and you will be directed to the screen below:

( Additionally, you may add another credit card by clicking on 'Add Card' when it is desired.)

Now you are able to pay whichever accounts you wish with the credit card account you just added.  This screen will become familiar, as you will use it each time you wish to pay.  When you have verified that the details of your transaction are correct,  click 'Complete Transaction' to finish the process.

This is the receipt for the transaction just processed.  You may print and/or save this receipt for your records.
